RETURNS

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached.

Unfortunately garments that have been worn can no longer be returned due to sanitary reasons.

We do not offer exchange or refunds on customised items.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank, refunds may take several days to be processed. If you have not received your refund within 5 business days from the approval date, please contact us at orders@kangaz.com.au.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

Unfortunately we can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot exchange items (excluding defective or damaged items) that have been opened, so it's important that you you choose carefully to ensure that you have purchased the correct style, colour and size. Please refer to the size chart.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning items (except where items are defective or damaged upon delivery) you will be responsible for paying for the delivery costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning items, KANGAZ will not be responsible for any lost items. 

If you are returning item over $60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
