How do I contact the customer service team?

How can I be notified of new product, sales and events?

The best way to keep up to date with our new products, sales and events is to subscribe at the bottom of this page.

How do I know what size to order?

The Size Chart is available on each product page.

The item I want is out of stock. When will you get more in?

We may run out of stock from time to time because of heavy demand. If this happens, we will generally let you know via our website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@kangaz.com.au.

If we have already sent your order, we may need the items returned before we can process a change to your order or cancel your order.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Unfortunately, we do not accept phone orders.

Do you offer gift cards?

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift cards at this time.

Can I use more than one promotional code on my order?

You can only use one promotional code or promotion per order.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email confirming that your order is on its way. If you don’t receive an email within 3 business days from the time your order was placed, please contact us at orders@kangaz.com.au

What are the shipping costs?

Orders within Australia:

We offer FREE shipping within Australia for orders over (AUD) $100.

For orders within Australia under $100 (AUD), a standard shipping fee of $10.95 (AUD) will apply. Express shipping may also available for $21.95 (AUD).

Orders outside of Australia:

Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

For orders shipped to countries outside of Australia, the purchaser will be responsible for all import duties, fees and taxes.

Can I get next day delivery?

We do not offer next day delivery, but we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business days.

Express shipping is also available.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order. Instructions on how to track you order will be provided in your order confirmation email.

Do you deliver to PO BOX addresses?

We can deliver to PO Box addresses but we recommend sending your items to a physical/home address.

A product was missing from my order, what should I do?

Please contact our customer care team at orders@kangaz.com.au providing the order number and details of the missing item. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or have changed your mind, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund, in line with the Return and Refund policy.

We do not offer exchange or refunds on customised items.

within 14 days from the day the product was received.

Please note that customers are responsible for any shipping cost for Change of Mind returns. We recommend that packages have tracking to confirm end to end delivery. Once we receive the products we will send you an email to let you know and organise a refund for the product/s using the original payment method. Refunds will not include the shipping costs for the purchase of the product/s or return of the product/s.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

We do our best to provide detailed information in our sizing chart so that our customers can make the right decision on size.

Please visit the size chart section on the product page.

If the wrong size has been ordered and needs to be returned or exchanged, please refer to the Returns and Refund policy for further details.

All products will need to be returned within 14 days from the date the product was received.

We do not cover the cost of returning the products to us, but will happily send back the replacement product/s to you at no charge for orders shipped within Australia.

If you are returning products from outside of Australia, then shipping costs will apply for the replacement products.

Can I exchange products?

Yes, you can exchange products (excluding customised items) within 14 days from the day the product was received, in line with the requirements of the Return and Refunds policy. 

Please note that you will need to pay for the cost of returning the products, however the replacement products will be sent to you with free delivery (within Australia).

If you are returning products from outside of Australia, then shipping costs will apply for the replacement products.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different range, and there is a price difference you will need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund.

What if an item is faulty?

We take extreme pride in the quality of our products and check each product before it is shipped. In the unlikely situation where a product is faulty, we will gladly exchange it or provide you with a refund.

Please send an email to orders@kangaz.com.au within 14 days from the day the product was received with a description of the fault, a photo of the fault and the order number and a member of our customer service team will get in contact with you.

How will I get a refund?

Refunds will be provided in the same method that the original products were purchased.

For example, if the products were purchased using a credit card, then the refund will be made to the same card.

How long will it take to get a refund?

It may take up to 5 business days to process a refund, but we will do our best to have it done as quickly as possible. Receiving your refund will also depend on the time it takes your financial institution to process the transaction.

Are there any items excluded from the returns policy?

In accordance with our policies; customised items, sale items, promotional gifts, product bundles and multi-pack discounts are not eligible for return for refund or exchange.

How do I care for my underwear?

All of our products come with a care label.

Please make sure you follow the instructions on the care label. If you have any questions about caring for your product, please contact us.
